Soup

Dilictious African soup prepared with beef, ox tripe, cow leg, and crayfish.  Optional are dry fish and stockfish.

The soup is also flavoured with the below leaves

Egusi - with washed bitter leaf and or spinach

Ogbono - with washed bitter leaf

Okra - with Uziza or washed bitter leaf

Afang - with Ukazi and waterleaf or spinach. It also contains stockfish, dryfish, including the listed proteins above.

Native - with Uziza or washed bitter leaf and contains Mussels, squid rings, and prawns but without periwinkles.

Peper soup - also has diced liver in it, including the listed proteins above.
